Try Slot Games in Popular Betsoft Gaming Casinos

Founded in 1999, it has been two decades now that BetSoft Gaming games are slowly conquering iGaming world with its innovative stance on the game graphics and immersive gameplay.

BetSoft Gaming has been investing heavily in the 3D quality game environment to boost the player experience and this particular move made the company one of the giants in recent years. They keep partnering up with online casinos to popularize their products all over the world.

It looks like BSG now has around 150 games, but there is definitely more on the way and the deficit in numbers the company compensates with quality by creating extremely user-friendly 3D games with various themes.

Mobile gaming has been a massive focus in the past years as more and more people switch to mobile gaming instead of sitting in front of a laptop or PC. In order to stay ahead of the curve and satisfy consumers (as they should), a group of people has been working hard on BetSoft Gaming mobile slots.

It was 2010 when BS Gaming struck a massive deal with NYX making them their partners and another huge win was the partnership with Bet365 which is one of the biggest online casinos in the European Union. Later in 2012 BSG launched 30 three-dimensional games and started to dig its roots in mobile gaming to keep itself ahead of the competition. The company’s recent move in 2016 was to switch to the HTML5 framework instead of Flash.

BetSoft Gaming Specifics

Just like the majority of providers, BetSoft Gaming casino software is licensed in Curacao, but they also have approved licenses from Malta Gaming Authority and the Danish Gambling Authority. The MGA and DGA also approved an external auditing body that makes sure Betsoft’s games are safe and tested. BSG uses Random Number Generators which are tested by Quinel M Limited to ensure fair play for their players.

To make your deposit and withdrawals utterly easy, the company offers the most popular VISA and MasterCard gateways and if this is not good enough for you, then pick e-wallets, debit cards, wire transfers, and prepaid cards.

In 2012 BSG developed a specifically mobile-oriented platform called “ToGo” which allows players to play BetSoft Gaming mobile slots using gadgets operating on iOS, Android or Windows. As of today, over 50 3D slots can be launched on the platform.

3D Slots of BSG

Obviously, BSG has the widest range of 3D games to offer since they were first to ever do it and that goes along almost like a trademark. There are specific characteristics that make BetSoft Gaming slots stand out the most among others:

• Expandicon Technology – a feature that allows the characters to move across the screen in slots
• Story and Theme – each and every slot has its own story and theme
• Slot3 High-Quality 3D Graphics – worth mentioning that every picture is a 3D image in these slots

BetSoft Gaming Game Variety

Definitely, commendable decision to put their hands all over game formats, and that’s why we don’t see monogamous company presence, but rather challenging group of people who attempts to prove they are the best in the market. What exactly can BSG offer?:

• Gaming Platforms – a mobile platform like “ToGo” and HTML5 technology-friendly platform named “Shift”
• Virtual Sports Games – practically virtualized version of live horse races which is a unique company development called “Virtual Racebook 3D”
• Scratch Games – nothing complex here, just a simple instant lottery type of action
• Video Poker – due to high demand and stunning graphics expectations, BSG delivered about 30 different versions of poker games for fans
• Table Games – besides video poker, BSG went for all niches and released roulette, blackjack, and exclusive 3D poker and craps

Payout Avoidance Allegations

On June 19, 2016, there was a precedent when an online player posted evidence of winning the jackpot of approximately $1m (at the time), but it looks like the casino and BSG were trying their best to cover up and avoid paying the player his winnings. To be more precise here is the chronological storyline (I did my best):

June 19, 2016 – bitcointalk.org user named “jasonort” opens a thread to ask fellow forum users whether he should have won a jackpot or not, at the same time providing all the evidence that according to their pay-table, he certainly should have.

Screenshots:

June 20, 2016 – forum user named “TwitchySeal” brings up the case against BSG and the casino, how both of them are trying to cover-up the incident by deleting negative comments and closing threads on their forums.

TwitchySeal explains how there is nowhere else to be found an explanation of how to hit the jackpot other than “5 Yacht Icons on Max Bet Wins Jackpot” and how Betcoin has removed over 50 of his posts criticizing both the casino and the provider for not being honest.

On the same day, the bettor himself sent a complaint to Curacao eGaming about the incident while copying BetSoft and Betcoin. He explains in detail how everything happened, why it should be a jackpot win and providing screenshot evidence of the only requirement to win the jackpot (5 yachts on the max bet)s

“Jasonort” posted a chat transcript with support on the night of his wager and it looks like support member “Betcoin Aidan” was agreeing with the bettor that the winnings should be paid, but had concerns that it would not be counted as such because the yachts landed on the freespin round which internally counts as 0 bet.

June 25, 2016 – another forum user posted a screenshot of how their payout table has changed slightly, specifically indicating that “Jackpot cannot be won during any other bonus feature”, which is the truly shady language because nobody can say for sure what does that mean exactly. Does it mean that some bonus features are passable or that none of them are?

But “jasonort” claims and backs up his claim that at the time there was no such language and BetSoft Gaming casino along with the provider themselves are trying to dismiss this case as a misunderstanding of their policies.

On this day reportedly “Bavada” and “Slots.lv” quietly pulled several BSG games from their casinos, which was deemed as some sort of progress and a hit on BSG’s revenue, but most importantly reputation.

June 30, 2016 – Now this is where all the panic kicks in supposedly. First of all, we have to applaud the forum user “TwitchySeal” for an amazing job he has done investigating an alleged scam attempt on Betcoin’s behalf.

He noticed that not every casino has the same paytable and here are examples:

“TwitchySeal” also seemingly caught the casino on changing their Terms of Service without any notification to their users.

Betcoin’s Terms as of April 13, 2016 – https://archive.is/GntG5

Betcoin’s Terms as of June 30, 2016 – https://archive.is/W0wVZ

On the other hand “jasonort” has been quiet for some time now with no posts to be found, allowing Betcoin to claim that they are ‘vigorously’ working with him and that he is happy.

July 5, 2016 – The Bovada casino decided to disable ALL BetSoft Gaming games until they figure out what to do after an investigation they are conducting.

July 6, 2016 – Official Betcoin statement on bitcointalk.org regarding “Jasonort Case Resolution” involved some generalized statements like ‘We will always do the right thing at betcoin for our great players’ and ‘We chose to remain silent on the matter to the public because statements would only cause speculation’.

Which was followed by jasonort’s statement: “I am pleased to say that this matter has been resolved to my satisfaction by all parties involved. Responsibility has been taken by Betcoin for lack of clarification from their customer support, Betsoft has acknowledged that the wording on the paytable may have been the cause for the misunderstanding with respect to jackpot eligibility. Both parties have been very helpful and cooperative in resolving this and made the necessary adjustments.”

The majority of the participants thought that jasonort was forced to come publicly with such a statement and that he was paid off by either of the parties.

July 11, 2016 – jasonort’s last official statement was: “I’ve said all that I am allowed to say”, after which he disclosed that he received a settlement but was not happy with it and went back and forth with the community itself. His last post was on August 19, 2016.

Reportedly there have been players in the past, before jasonort’s case, who were scammed and given hush money, but jason demonstrated exceptional attentiveness towards the details of the paytable, hence was able to claim settlement which would have been completely ignored if not for his main weapon – knowledge.

If there is any lesson we can learn from the incident is that even landing the jackpot on the reels doesn’t mean you are eligible for the jackpot as the slots operate on numbers, and if numbers internally are different then the Betsoft Gaming casino software provider can dispute it easily.

TOS of BetSoft Gaming on No Deposit Bonuses

Turns out it is very important to be aware of rules and conditions (especially after payout avoidance allegations we just shared with you), therefore I’ll help you to get familiar with BetSoft Gaming no deposit bonus Terms and Conditions just so you can play with confidence and knowledge which is obviously the most powerful weapon.

• Wagering Requirements – in order to be able to withdraw your winning, you will have to meet specific online casino wagering requirements which can vary from 25x to 35x which would mean you’d have to wager from $125 to $175 if your bet amount was $5. Until you fulfill these requirements, you won’t be able to withdraw your bonus credits.

• Permitted Games – as we all understand, no deposit bonus is not a charity, but rather a strategy to draw more players to the casino, therefore, a high return slot games are usually not allowed to play with your acquired bonuses. In case if you break the rule, most likely you will get banned or your bonus along with winnings will be forfeited.
• Withdraw Limit – this particular rule is what makes players really upset with casinos because BetSoft Gaming slots have cashout limits for instance of $100, and whatever you win over that amount will be void. That means you can not really ‘kick off your spinning career’ with bonuses.
• Minimum Deposit – to make you eligible to withdraw your bonus winnings, online casinos will typically ask you to deposit a certain minimum amount to your account so that they can avoid money-laundering schemes created by criminals. It is usually a small amount from 5 to 10 USD.

Most Popular BSG Games

We should definitely go through some of the most popular BetSoft Gaming games and give them a brief overview of whether they live up to the hype or not.

Good Girl, Bad Girl

This game encompasses everything that BSG represents – outstanding graphics, absolutely immersive theme that sucks you into the game and an astonishing generous RTP of 97.79%.

Super realistic background noises of Heaven and Hell only makes it more of an experience, while your chances to get a return is extremely high.

The game is a classic 5×3 setup with 15 to 30 pay lines and a maximum bet of $5. It also has bonus features and jackpot.

There are 3 different bonus games you will encounter. The first bonus takes you away from the reels to either ‘Heaven’ or ‘Hell’, where the game is essentially the same, all you have to do is spin the wheel and win it big.

Two other bonuses include the halo and pitchfork combination and the gamble option after a win, where you will decide if you are risky enough to face the volatility.

Gypsy Rose

Another incredibly beautiful 3D game that you can find in any BetSoft Gaming-powered casino online and enjoy the mysterious theme with the main character gypsy woman.

Satisfying spin sounds and chilling background tune will make you feel comfortable playing this slot game while hunting for a jackpot.

Definitely not one of those greedy slots, Gypsy Rose has surprising 97.6% RTP with a 5×3 setup and up to 30 pay lines. The minimum bet starts at 0.02 and goes up to 5. Just like any other BSG game, Gypsy Rose has bonus features and the jackpot.

Stunning 3D graphics and unique gameplay is undoubtedly BetSoft Gaming slots hallmark, but you can also say that players should focus more on the bonus features for big payouts rather than regular game payouts.

The Tipsy Tourist

With a little lesser RTP of 97.1%, The Tipsy Tourist is still one of the latest masterpieces of BSG that was released in 2015, which features a super relaxed and vacation-themed atmosphere so you can enjoy your spinning time.

The game has up to 20 pay lines with 5×3 setup and bets vary from 0.02 up to 5, along with bonus features and the jackpot.

BSG proved once again that they are not looking to lower their quality standards just because their popularity is rising, on the contrary, improving the user experience and adding various themed games not to bore the players with sequels all the time and giving them a refreshing sensation.

To trigger 8 free spins you need to land beachballs on reels 3, 4 and 5 which can also be retriggered. There is also a drinking game bonus that will reveal itself if you find a red cup on either reel 1, 2 or 3.

What to think about BetSoft Gaming?

Despite all the shady stuff that happened with BetSoft Gaming online slots they still managed to pull the 2018 Prestigious B2B Platform Award at G2E and 2019 Best Online Gambling Developer of the Year at Corporate Vision Award (Malta).

Now whether you decide to play BSG games or not, it is undeniable that they have been putting in the work to get themselves where they are today, so the choice is yours and surely BSG will continue developing games to grow their audience day by day.
